In our view, it will be better if the learned District and Sessions Judge holds the inquiry on Saturday or Sunday so that his judicial work is not hampered. It is expected that the said inquiry will be completed within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On inquiry if the District and Sessions Judge finds the allegations to be true, he will take steps in accordance with law by getting criminal cases filed against the erring officer/officers.
