1.

This matter has been filed as a Public Interest Litigation by the Petitioner calling himself as a social worker. The Petitioner would like the High Court to issue a writ and inquire matters relating to the funds which have not been given for scholarship to candidates who belong to the reserved class. Other issues have also been raised in generality about the state of certain residential schools. Details are not given but perhaps they refer to secondary education schools.

2.

The Petitioner is totally conscious of the fact that this matter is otherwise engaging the attention of a Committee of the Legislative Assembly. This the Petitioner has mentioned in paragraph 23 of the writ petition. If this be correct then in case the High Court makes a mistake to issue a writ on this petition it may perhaps amount to a breach of the sanctity of the matter being inquired by a Committee of the Legislative Assembly. If the Petitioner is serious about this matter, he may raise questions through his elected representatives.

3.

Dismissed.
