Judgment
R.K. Merathia, J.—It is submitted that the Petitioner is in jail custody since 08/10/2010; and that so far as criminal antecedent is concerned, he was involved in a case u/s 386 in the year 2008 and after arrest in this case, he was remanded in Khelari P.S. Case No. 66/2010, in which he was granted bail by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate.
In the circumstances, the Petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Khalari P.S. Case No. 67/2010, corresponding to G.R. No. 4408/2010, subject to the conditions that one of the bailers will be his close relative and the other should have landed property within the local jurisdiction of the Court and he will appear personally on each and every date so fixed in the court concerned and if he fails to appear even on a single date, his bail bonds shall stand automatically be cancelled.
