In terms of order dated 14.03.2018, Respondent No.2 has also filed the status report/compliance report.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.3 stated at the Bar that compliance report has been filed but the same is not on record.

I have gone through both the compliance reports. A bare perusal of the same reveal that same have been passed without physical inspection by the

Officers/Officials concerned.

In the given circumstances, respondent No.2 and 3 are directed to file fresh status report/compliance report in terms of order dated 14.03.2018 after

thorough physical inspection with advance copy to other side to which learned counsel for the petitioner would be at liberty to file response, if any, by

or before next date before the Bench.Â

List again in the month of July, 2018.

Copy of this order be provided to learned counsel for the petitioner as also to the respondents under the seal and signature of Bench Secretary of this

Court.Â
