Judgment
A. Guneshwar sharma, J
[1] Heard Mr. HS. Paonam, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. S. Gunabanta, learned counsel for the petitioners.
[2] Issue notice to the main petition as well as application for interim relief.
[3] Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned G.A. accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Mr. S. Suresh, learned counsel on behalf of respondent No. 3. Hence, service is complete on all the respondents.
[4] Learned counsel for the respondents pray for 4 (four) weeks time for filing counter affidavit.
[5] Mr. HS. Paonam, learned senior counsel for the petitioners, submits that petitioners have submitted 2 (two) similar representations dated 30.10.2023 at Annexure A/29 & A/30 and as an interim measure, it is prayed that the respondents be directed to dispose of the writ petition without influence by the pendency of the present writ petition.
[6] It is made clear that there is no bar on the respondents to dispose of the representations dated 30.10.2023 submitted by the petitioners (Annexure A/29 & A/30) during the pendency of the present writ petition.
