Ld. Counsel appearing for the IRP submits that vide order dated 07/08/2019 passed in CP(IB) No. 1221/KB/2018 (S. Sen & Sons - vs- V.S.P. Udyog Pvt. Ltd.) Corporate Debtor has already been admitted under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process. Accordingly, this application is not maintainable u/s. 11 of the I & B Code, 2016.

Hence, we are closing the application with a liberty to file its claim before the IRP/RP appointed in CP(IB) No. 1221/KB/2018.
