Judgment

This petition, under section 482 of the Cr.P.C., has been filed seeking modification/deletion of condition no.(i) as enumerated in order dated 16.08.2022 passed in M.Cr.C. No.35778/2022, whereby applicant has been enlarged on anticipatory bail. The said condition reads thus:-
"(i) the applicant shall mark his attendance before the concerned police station on 2nd and 4th Saturday every month between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon."
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been regularly complying with the said condition. However, by afflux of time, he prays for deletion of the said condition.
Upon hearing learned counsel for the applicant, this Court deems it appropriate and accordingly deletes the said condition No.(i) in the order dated 16.08.2022 passed in M.Cr.C. No.35778/2022, provided the applicant shall further abide by the other conditions enumerated in sub-Section (2) of Section 438 of Cr.P.C.
Rest of the order dated 16.08.2022 (Supra) is kept intact.
The petition stands allowed to the extent indicated above.
This order shall be read in conjunction with order dated 16.08.2022 (Supra).
