Navaniti Pd. Singh, J.—A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of Branch Manager, Bank of Baroda of the concerned Branch stating that pursuant to application of the petitioner dated 25.6.2008, the petitioner has been sanctioned the loan for his education and petitioner and his father have since been informed about it. In that view of the matter, it is expected that keeping in view the RBI guidelines, the paper formalities would be completed forthwith so that no prejudice is caused to the student and loan disbursed forthwith.

2.

This, in my view, disposes of the writ application. It may be noticed that because of the delay in sanctioning and disbursing the loan, the student has already joined the institution outside the State and, as such, without disruption of his academic schedule, he cannot come to Darbhanga to execute the document as a consequence whereof the loan would not be disbursed. To obviate this difficulty, I direct the respondent-Bank to take signatures of the father of the petitioner on all documents relevant and then forward the same to their Branch nearest to the place of study of the petitioner with notice to him to go to the Branch and execute the documents immediately and on receipt of such executed documents, the loan would be disbursed forthwith.
