Hon’ble Mrs. Pratima K. Gupta, Member (J):-
At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Tribunal to withdraw the present O.A. with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.

Permission is granted.

The O.A. is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
