This application has been moved under Section 12-A for withdrawal of the Petition on the grounds that both parties have settled the matter in view of the settlement agreement dated 14.11.2023. Accordingly, permission is granted to withdraw the petition and therefore, the Company Petition IB/312/2022 is dismissed as withdrawn. Accordingly, this application is allowed and disposed of.
Liberty is being given to the Operational Creditor to approach this Authority, if conditions of the settlement are violated.
