Mr. Naresh Kaul, learned counsel representing the respondents while placing on record communication dated 17th August, 2020 received from
Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation Limited, contends that sum of Rs. 1, 54, 948/Â has been transferred to the bank account of the
petitioner through RTGs on account of the interest on delayed payment.
Having carefully perused the aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds that now nothing remains to be paid to the
petitioner in terms of the judgment/order alleged to have been violated and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition.
Consequently, in view of the above, this Court sees no reason to keep the present petition alive and as such, same is accordingly closed. Notices
issued to the respondents are hereby discharged accordingly. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate application, if he still
remain aggrieved.
