It is the case of the applicants that though the prayer was made in the petition with regard to the benefits including that of benefits of the 7th Pay Commission, by virtue of a specific direction missing in the order so passed, clarification is sought for by way of the present application.
Ms. Ashlesha Patel, learned advocate appearing for the applicants would rely on an order passed by this court on 30.06.2023 in Misc. Civil Applications (For Clarification) No. 1 of 2023 in Special Civil Applications No. 6566 and 6687 of 2022.
In light of the order so passed in Misc. Civil Applications (For Clarification) No. 1 of 2023 in Special Civil Applications No. 6566 and 6687 of 2022, in the event the petitioners are entitled to the benefits of the 7th
Pay Commission and if the same has been granted to similarly situated applicants, the same shall be granted to the applicants herein also in accordance with law.
Application is accordingly disposed of. Direct service is permitted.
