Judgment
Ramesh Kr. Datta, J.—The Petitioner is aggrieved by the authorities of the Respondent-Bihar State Ware Housing Corporation in not deciding the matter relating to the payment of the remaining dues of the Petitioner pursuant to a contract which it claims to have successfully executed.
According to the Petitioner, a huge amount of Rs. 91,01,794/- with interest remains due which claim has not been disputed by the Respondent-Corporation rather by its letter dated 29.11.2007 the Petitioner has been informed that they are looking into the matter and will be able to resolve the issue very shortly but till today no such action has been taken even though legal notices were also issued to them.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Managing Director, Bihar State Ware Housing Corporation to consider and dispose of the claim of the Petitioner within a period of three months from the date of reciept/production of a copy of this order.
In case any claim of the Petitioner is not accepted then the same should be rejected by passing a speaking order.
