Judgment
The only grievance of the applicant is that in the admit card issued to her, the photograph of a totally different person altogether was pasted.
Today, we heard. Harvinder Oberoi, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. Salonee Keshwani for Ms. Esha Mazumdar, learned counsel for the respondents, at the stage of admission.
It is brought to our notice that an admit card with photograph of the applicant was not furnished to her, and as such, she seeks a direction to the respondent to issue admit card for the post of TGT (Computer Science) under Post Code 91/20, after making necessary corrections, to enable her to appear in the examination which is scheduled to be held on 07.08.2021.
In view of the limited prayer made by the applicant, we dispose of the OA with a direction to the respondents to issue the admit card to the applicant after making necessary corrections forthwith, so that she may be able to appear in the examination which is scheduled to be held on 07.08.2021.
