[1] When the matter came on last occasion on 06.01.2021, this Court admitted the CRP and issued notice to the respondent and posted the matter

today, i.e., 12.01.2021.

[2] Though in fact on last occasion, when the argument of Mr. Ch. Dhananjoy, Ld. Sr. counsel for the petitioner was heard, this Court inclined to take

up the Matrimonial Appeal Case No.9 of 2019 filed by the Respondent/wife along with the CRP, but unfortunately, the order dated 16.01.2021 passed

in this CRP has not reflected the order in respect of posting the Matrimonial Appeal Case No.9 of 2019 along with this CRP(C.R.P. Art.227) No.3 of

2021.

[3] When the matter is taken up today, Mr. R.K. Milan, Ld. Counsel for the respondent is appearing in the CRP and he seeks time for filing objection

in this CRP and he also informed this Court that he is ready to hear the CRP along with the Matrimonial Appeal Case No.9 of 2019. Apart from this,

Mr. Ch. Dhananjoy, Ld. Sr. Counsel for the petitioner informed this Court that he is going to file objection in the Matrimonial Appeal Case No.9 of

2019 and the copy is to be served to Mr. R.K. Milan, Ld. Counsel for the respondent today itself.

[4] Therefore, Mr. R.K. Milan, Ld. Counsel for the respondent represented before this Court that on receipt of the counter affidavit in the Matrimonial

Appeal Case No.9 of 2019, he seeks permission of this Court to file rejoinder if it is necessary. Therefore, Mr. R.K. Milan, Ld. Counsel for the

respondent is permitted to file objection in this CRP and rejoinder to the counter affidavit in the Matrimonial Appeal Case No.9 of 2019.

[5] Registry is directed to post this CRP(C.R.P. Art.227) No.3 of 2021 along with the Matrimonial Appeal Case No.9 of 2019 on 29.01.2021.

[6] Both the counsels are directed to advance their arguments on that day without fail.

[7] Registry is directed to issue copy of this order to both the parties through their whatsapp/ e-mail.
