Judgment
This is an application filed on behalf of applicant seeking direction for DRT-I, Delhi for expeditious disposal of S.A. bearing No. 383/2024 in terms of the order dated 09.04.2026 passed by the High Court of Delhi in W.P. (C) No. 4724/2026 titled as Khukhrain Builders v. Indian Bank.
Sh. Vivek Singh, Advocate for the applicant stated that the High Court of Delhi vide order dated 09.04.2026 passed in W.P. (C) No. 4724/2026 titled as Khukhrain Builders v. Indian Bank has directed the DRT-I, Delhi to decide the S.A. bearing No. 383/2024 expeditiously and preferably within six months from today.
It is further stated that the DRT-I, Delhi vide order dated 18.06.2026 has adjourned the S.A. bearing No. 383/2024 for 20.07.2026 due to the reason that one appeal to challenge the order dated 29.05.2026 is pending before this Tribunal.
Sh. Vivek Singh, Advocate for applicant has prayed that the DRT-I, Delhi be directed to comply with the direction given by the High Court of Delhi vide order dated 09.04.2026 as detailed herein above.
It is expected that the DRT-I, Delhi shall comply with the direction given by the High Court of Delhi vide order dated 09.04.2026 in W.P. (C) No. 4724/2026 titled as Khukhrain Builders v. Indian Bank.
With these directions, the present application stands disposed of.
Copy of this order be given Dasti to the applicant as prayed for.
