Judgment
Amareshwar Sahay, J.—Heard.
With the consent of the parties this writ application is being disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
The grievance of the petitioner in this writ application is that he retired as Line Man on 28/2/2005 but he has not received any pension from March 2005 to July 2005, Gratuity, GPF, Leave Encashment and other benefits in spite of the representation made by him to the G.M.-cum-Chief Engineer, Electrical Supply Area, Hazaribagh.
Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation stating in detail about his claim to the General Manager-cum-Chief Engineer, Electrical Supply Area, Hazaribagh within a period of two weeks from today. If such a representation is filed by the petitioner within the aforesaid period, the General Manager-cum-Chief Engineer, Electrical Supply Area, Hazaribagh shall consider the claim of the petitioner and shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. It goes without saying that if the amount, as claimed by the petitioner, is found to be payable the same shall be paid to the petitioner without any further delay.
With this observations and directions this writ application is disposed of.
