Judgment

Heard Mr. Ch. Robinchandra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
Issue notice returnable within four weeks.
Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned GA enters appearance and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents No. 1 & 2, hence, no formal notice is called for in respect of the said respondents.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite best effort being made by the petitioner, the particulars and the residential addresses of the respondents No. 3 to 62 could not be ascertained and accordingly, a prayer has been made for allowing the petitioner to take steps for service of notice upon the respondents No. 3 to 62 by publishing the notice in two local dailies (one in English and the other in Manipuri) for two consecutive days. Prayer is allowed. Steps should be taken within one week.
Petitioner is directed to file an affidavit showing proof of service of such notice.
List this case again on 1st May, 2023.
