Judgment

[1] This matter was listed on 18.07.2023 in the vacation bench and the Court passed an interim order staying re-tender with respect to 3 (three) tenders (1) Tender No. EE/IE/etender/2022-23/5 (improvement of internal roads at Khuman Lampak sports complex, Imphal, Portion-B), (2) Tender No. EE/IE/etender/2022-23/9 (Improvement of road from Napet Palli to Andro Khoibu) and (3) Tender No. EE/IE/etender/2022-23/15 (improvement of Pukhao road) till the next date and the matter is listed today (i.e. 27.07.2023) before the roster bench. Today, the roster bench is not available and since the interim is expiring today, on being mentioned, this matter is taken up by this Court.
[2] Present Ms. Ayangleima along with Mr. Kh. Lupenjit, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Gautam, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. Boboy Potsangbam, learned CGSC for the respondent No. 1 and Mr. H. Samarjit, learned G.A. along with Mrs. RK. Emily, learned Dy. G.A. appears on behalf of the State respondent.
[2] List on 07.08.2023 before the roster bench, till then, the interim order dated 18.07.2023 is extended till the next date.
