Arup Kumar Goswami, CJ

This Writ Appeal is presented against an interim order dated 23.11.2018 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.41422 of 2018 by a learned single Judge of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh.

The operative portion of the interim order reads as follows:

"In view of the same, the respondents are directed to receive and register the documents presented by the petitioner in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.4-69 cents in Survey No.539 and Ac.9-10 cents in Survey No.540 of Kotavoor village, B.Kothakota Mandal, Chittoor District, and the same will be subject to further orders.

There shall not be further transfer of subject property till further orders."

Mr.R.N.Hemendranath Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/writ petitioner, submits that in terms of the interim order, sale deeds have been registered commencing from the month of December 2018 to March 2019 and, therefore, the Writ Appeal is rendered infructuous. He, however, submits that registered sale deeds have not been released to the respondent/writ petitioner. This position is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Registration and Stamps.

In that view of the matter, Writ Appeal is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications are closed.
