Judgment
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents on record.
The deceased, while staying with her parents, after a telephonic talk with her husband, committed suicide by consuming poison. A case under Section 306/34 IPC was registered vide Bishnugarh P.S. Case No. 70 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No. 2247 of 2015, in which the petitioner and his other family members have been made accused. The marriage was solemnised in the year, 2012. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 23.04.2017.
The learned APP has opposed the prayer for grant of bail.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M-1st Class, Hazaribagh in connection with Bishnugarh P.S. Case No. 70 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 2247 of 2015.
The instant application is allowed. Let a copy of the order be transmitted to the trial Court through ''Fax''.
