This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A1 to A5 in Crime No. 159 of 2011 of Bobbili Police Station, Vizianagaram District registered for the offences under Sections 417, 376 and 109 I.P.C. Petitioner No. 1 and respondent No. 1 are personally present in the Court. Respondent No. 1 submitted that she is willing to withdraw the complaint in view of the marriage between her and petitioner No. 1.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners identified petitioner No. 1 as well as respondent No. 1. The learned Counsel also filed the Aadhaar Card of respondent No. 1 and Marriage Certificate.

In view of the submissions made by respondent No. 1 and petitioner No. 1, without expressing any opinion, I feel it is appropriate to direct the Investigating Officer to consider the material placed by petitioner No. 1 and respondent No. 1 and pass appropriate orders.

With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
