Judgment
M.S. Sahoo, J
Learned counsel for the petitioner highlights the observations of the learned Sessions Court that the petitioner is implicated in Khallikhote P.S. Case No.178 dated 12.08.2017 under Section 498(A)/302/304-B/34 IPC.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that charge sheet has been submitted under Section 306 IPC.
Khallikhote P.S. Case No.326 dated 15.11.2019 under Sections 341/294/323/354-B/452/506 IPC. Khallikhote P.S. Case No.606 dated 16.10.2022 under Sections 498-A/294/323/506 IPC read with Section 4 of the D.P. Act and lastly Khallikhote P.S. Case No.294 dated 21.10.2019 under Sections 498-A/294/323/506/34 IPC read with Section 4 of the D.P. Act.
Considering this facts, the petitioner is directed to file affidavit regarding his criminal antecedents indicating the dates of occurrence as well as the dates of marriage by the next date and serve a copy of the same on the learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

Learned AGA shall also obtain up-to-date instruction regarding the criminal antecedents in term of the earlier order dated 04.09.2023 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench as the place where the informant, wife of the petitioner presently resides.
