Judgment

Heard Mr. P.C. Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.S. Mohapatra, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State.
Perused the post mortem report and the copy of the suicidal note allegedly written by the deceased which is available in the case diary.
Mr. P.C. Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigation has been completed in the meanwhile and charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner, his parents, sister-in-law and brother for commission of offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 306, 406, 34 of IPC read with Section 4 of the D.P. Act. The mother of the petitioner Mina @ Sashikala @ Shashikala Panda has been granted bail by the Court below vide order dated 24.11.2023 in B.A. No. 1286 of 2023 and other accused persons have been released on bail pursuant to order passed by this Court in ABLAPL No. 9553 of 2023 dated 14.12.2023, ABLAPL No. 9600 of 2023 dated 14.12.2023 and ABLAPL No. 9648 of 2023 dated 20.12.2023.
List this case on 29.01.2024 to enable Mr. S.S. Mohapatra, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State to obtain the up-to-date case diary along with final form as well as instructions if the suicide note allegedly written of the deceased has been sent to the handwriting expert and if any report has been received.
