In accordance with the order of the Hon’ble Chairman, Central Administrative Tribunal, dated 10.09.2021 issued under Sub -Section (6) of Section 5 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, this matter can be taken up by a Bench consisting of a single member. Accordingly, this matter is taken up for disposal by this Single Bench.

The applicant has filed this Original Application, seeking the following relief(s):

Ld. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he would be satisfied if the pending representation dated 19.10.2023 is considered by the respondents and a speaking Order is passed accordingly.

Ld. Counsel for the respondents has no objection if the representation is directed to be considered within a stipulated time frame.

After hearing the submissions made by the Ld. Counsels, I am of the opinion that the ends of justice would be met, if the respondents are directed to consider the pending representation of the applicant dated 19.10.2023 and pass a reasoned and speaking Order. The competent respondent authority is hereby directed to dispose of the pending representation of the applicant dated 19.10.2023 in accordance with the extant rules as well as the various judicial pronouncement by way of a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 04 (Four) weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and the decision so taken be communicated to the applicant forthwith thereafter.

It is made clear that I have not entered into the merits of the case and all points are kept open for consideration by the respondents.

The O.A. is accordingly disposed of without any order as to cost.
