Hon’ble Mr. R.N. Singh, Member (A):
Sh. Avijit Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, at the outset, seeks permission of the Tribunal to withdraw the OA with liberty to the applicant to file OA by annexing typed and translated copies of the annexures thereto.
Permission is granted.

The OA stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Pending MAs also stand dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty in accordance with law.
