Ajay Mohan Goel, J
Mr. J.S. Guleria, learned Deputy Advocate General informs the Court that now the judgment, subject matter of the present contempt petition,
stands complied with, in letter and spirit and the services of the petitioner stood re-engaged w.e.f. 05.09.2020, on outsource basis, and status quo ante,
as it existed on the said date, stands restored.
This position has not been disputed my Mr. Ramesh Sharma, learned Counsel for the petitioner, but he submits that as per his instructions, part of
the salary has not been released to the petitioner.
Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that this, of course, shall be taken care of by the authority concerned, but, in case, the petitioner has any
grievance in this regard, he can always taken up the matter with the authorities concerned.
Having heard learned Counsel for the parties, as there is no serious dispute with regard to compliance of the judgment passed by this Court in letter
and spirit, these contempt proceedings are ordered to be closed. Notice discharged.
