Petitioner has invoked the contempt jurisdiction of this Court, alleging non-compliance of the order dated 18.08.2026 in CWP No. 14072 of 2026, titled as “Saina Pattu Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others”, whereby, the Division Bench of this Court directed the Respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in service upto the age of 60 years or till further orders passed by this Court, whichever is earlier.
Upon listing of the matter today, Learned State Counsel produced has placed on record copy of communication dated 09.09.2026, [Taken on record], as received from Principal, Government Degree College, Chhatri, District Mandi, stating therein that petitioner has joined his duties in the school on 09.09.2026 [Statement taken on record].
The above facts, are not disputed by the Learned Counsel for petitioner also.
Considering the above situation, since the order passed by this Court stands complied with, therefore, nothing remains for determination and present proceedings are closed; and all pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
