Judgment
This writ petition is filed questioning the action of Respondents in not considering the Joining Report in spite of representation of the Petitioner dated 04.02.2025 as illegal and arbitrary.
Recruitment Notification No.01/Horti/2019, dated 26.07.2019 was issued by Respondent No.1 for selection to the post of Village Horticulture Assistant. Petitioner had applied for the said post in the non-local category in Ananthapuramu District. Petitioner was issued a call letter to attend certificate verification on 28.10.2019. Pursuant thereto, Petitioner submitted certain documents as required for appointment to the said post. Vide acknowledgment dated 29.10.2019, objections were raised with regard to the documents given by the Petitioner and the same read as under:

1.B.Sc (BBC) without Service Certificate.
Difference in candidate name in Caste Certificate.
3.No Admission Number in study Certificate (8th to 10th class).
4.Unique number only 4 digits in Adhar Card.
5.Old Caste Certificate (25/05/2013).
Petitioner thereafter submitted representation dated 04.02.2025 enclosing the study certificate of 8th to 10 class, caste certificate along with Aadhar card. As the said representation is not being considered, the present writ petition is filed.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that there are number of vacancies available under the said notification and, as the Petitioner has been shortlisted for selection, the non-consideration of the representation submitted by the Petitioner along with the requisite documents has deprived the Petitioner of appointment against the available vacancies.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-II would submit that as the Petitioner did not have the requisite documentation, the case of the Petitioner was not considered for appointment.

Considering the submission that there are vacancies available under the notification, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 04.02.2025 and the documents enclosed thereto for appointment within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
