Judgment
ORDER
After hearing the arguments of Learned Senior Counsel Mr. S.R. Rajagopal, appearing for the ‘Appellants’, for quite some time, the Learned Senior Counsel for the ‘Appellants’ seek permission from this ‘Tribunal’, to withdraw the instant Company Appeal (AT)(CH) 59 of 2023. Acceding to the said request, the instant Company Appeal (AT)(CH) 59 of 2023 is ‘Dismissed as Withdrawn’. No Costs.
Before parting with the case, this ‘Tribunal’ grants liberty to the ‘Appellants’ to approach the National Company Law Tribunal, Kochi Bench in respect of the Contempt Petition No.01/KOB/2023 in CP No.126/KOB/2019 seeking any clarification, touching upon the aspect of paragraph 6 of the ‘Impugned Order’ and seek redressal of their grievances, of course, in the manner known to ‘Law’ and in accordance with Law, if so desire/advised. No costs.
