Hon’ble Mr. A.K. Bishnoi, Member (A):
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wishes to withdraw the present OA with liberty to the applicant to file a suitable representation before the concerned authority.

Prayer for withdrawal of the OA is allowed. The OA stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to take further action as per law. No costs.
