Judgment

Mr. B. Deb, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this instant writ petition, as the same is incomplete, as he has not been able to bring all the materials that are necessary before the Court.
Mr. S.A. Sheikh, learned counsel appearing as petitioner in the connected matter being WP(C) No. 119 of 2023, has raised serious objections, as the writ petitioner has indulged in playing hide and seek with the Court, inasmuch as, the will which he claimed to be in his possession has never been produced before the Revenue Court nor any probate sought for the same, but the only objective of the petitioner appears to obstruct to the mutation by indulging in multifarious litigation.
The prayer of Mr. B. Deb, learned counsel for filing afresh in the interest of justice is allowed, subject to payment of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) as cost, to be paid to Meghalaya State Legal Services Authority.
The matter stands closed on withdrawal, and is accordingly disposed of.
