Judgment
This writ application has been preferred by the petitioners for a direction upon the respondents to prepare new/revised merit list in respect of 8658 number of vacant posts of Trained Graduate Teachers, as advertised vide Advt. No. 21/2016, dated 28.12.2016 and further to direct the respondents to consider the case of petitioners for appointment as they secured qualifying marks for the post of Trained Graduate Teacher in their respective subjects.
At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in this writ application is same and similar to that of W.P.(S). No. 582 of 2023 (Mina Kumari & Ors. Vs. the State of Jharkhand & Ors.) and other analogous cases, wherein a One-Man Fact-Finding Commission has been constituted and the petitioners want to approach the said Commission ventilating their grievance.
There is no objection from the other side.
Accordingly, the instant application stands disposed of with the liberty as prayed for.
