Hon'ble Mr. P. Madhavan, Judicial Member -
This contempt petition is filed for non-implementation of the order passed by this Tribunal on 31st August, 2017 in the above OA No. 180/413/2017.

When the matter came up for hearing, it was submitted that the order of this Tribunal in the above OA was set aside by the Hon'ble High Court in OP(CAT) No. 65 of 2018 (Z) dated 2nd February, 2021.

Therefore, in view of the above the contempt petition is closed. Notices discharged.
