Applicant herein was aggrieved that their wards were not granted employment under the Scheme known as LARSGESS, which was prevalent at that point of time. Feeling aggrieved, the OA was filed.
Pleadings in the OA are complete. However, learned counsel for the applicants also submit that subsequent to the filing of the OA, certain developments have taken place and in accordance with that, the applicant had made a representation to the respondents dated 20.6.2019 (Annexure MA-1). This representation is yet to be decided.
Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that he will be satisfied if the OA is disposed off at this stage with a direction to the respondents to decide this pending representation in a time bound manner.
In the aforesaid background, applicant has filed MA No. 1199/2020 seeking early hearing of the OA.
Issue notice to the respondents.
Shri A K Srivastava, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He does not have any objection for early hearing of the OA. Accordingly, the MA is allowed. The OA is taken up for final disposal.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant today, we dispose of the OA in respect of pleas made in OA, without going into the merits of the case, with a direction to the respondents to consider the aforesaid representation dated 20.6.2019 (Annexure MA-1) and to dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible and in any case within 10 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, under advise to the applicant. MA and OA are disposed off in above terms.
