Judgment

This is an application for temporary bail.
The applicant is one of the accused in CR-I No.43 of 2018 registered with Kanbha Police Station, Dist. Ahmedabad for the offence punishable
under Sections 302, 307, 323, 504 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code. She is stated to be in judicial custody and lodged in Sabarmati Central Jail at
Ahmedabad.
Learned advocate for the applicant states that the husband of the applicant has died on 02.12.2020 and the applicant be granted temporary bail to
attend the last rituals of her husband.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has, on instructions, confirmed the fact as noted above.
Considering the totality, this application is allowed. The applicant is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of 30 days from the date
of her actual release, on executing personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) before the Jail authority with one surety of like amount.
Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Registry to communicate this order to the concerned Court / authority by Fax or Email forthwith.
