In the circumstances, and for the reasons mentioned therein, the MA filed for condoning of the delay in filing RA is allowed.

RA No. 99/2018

OA No. 1459/2016 was filed by certain Enquiry-cum-Reservation Clerks-II (EC&RC) who belongs to general category seeking quashing of the proceedings dated 28.01.2016 where under certain information was called for, from certain employees to consider them for promotion to CE&RS. At the time of issuing notice, this Tribunal stayed the said proceedings dated 28.01.2016.

After hearing both sides, MA No.1324/2018 filed by the official respondents seeking vacation of the interim stay of the proceedings dated 27.04.2016 was allowed and the interim order dated 27.04.2016 was vacated and the OA was held to be premature and relief prayed by the applicants was rejected. The review applicants in the instant Review Application were the private respondents in the said OA and the OA was disposed of in favour of the respondents and against the original applicants.

In the circumstances, the RA is dismissed in circulation, being devoid of any merit. No costs.
