Judgment
The applicant was superannuated on 31.07.2014. At that point of time a criminal case was ongoing against him. He was convicted in the matter on 13.04.2017. 50% of leave encashment was paid to him on 10.11.2014. The balance was paid during pendency of OA 1193/2020 filed by the applicant for payment of leave encashment. Accordingly the said OA was dismissed as infructuous. Though the leave encashment was done but the applicant’s request for interest on the delayed payment was rejected vide order dated 25.09.2020. The applicant has claimed interest but he has not challenged the said order.
He seeks leave to withdraw the OA and file a better OA. Permission is granted with liberty to file a fresh OA.
