Judgment
Suraj Govindaraj, J
The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
a) Modify the order passed on Joint Memo by the learned Additional Civil Judge and JMFC, Chinthamani on 25.03.2014 in CC.No.152/2011 as per document No.1 and set aside the order passed by the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chikkaballapura (Sitting at Chinthamani) in Cr.R.P.No.27/2015 dated 2.11.2015 as per document no. 6.
b) And Consequently confirm the order passed by the learned Addl. Civil Judge and JMFC, Chinthamani in Cr.Misc. 431/2014 dated 06.03.2015 as per document no.5
c) Grant such other relief as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant under the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.
A memo dated 19.3.2024 has been filed and singed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under:

The petitioner in the above petitioner seeks the leave of this Hon’ble Court to withdraw the petitioner as parties to the petitioner have settled the dispute in the execution proceedings in Ex. No.04/2016. As such this Hon’ble Court be pleased to dispose the same as withdrawn in the interest of justice and equity.
Accepting the said memo and submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
