Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner files a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition. The memo so filed reads as follows:
"MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL
The petitioner submits as follows:
The petitioner inter alia being aggrieved with order dated 29.05.2025 passed on the application in I.A.No.7 in O.S.No.3173/2022 pending on the file of the Hon'ble City Civil Court, Bengaluru, preferred the present writ petition.
The Hon'ble City Civil Court by way of its order dated 24.06.2025 has dismissed the application in I.A.No.7.
In view of the dismissal of the application in I.A.No.7, the present writ has become infructuous.
In light of the same, the petitioner craves the leave of this Hon'ble Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the present petition.
WHEREFORE, the petitioner humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition in the interest of justice and equity."
In terms of memo, the petition is disposed as withdrawn.
