A request was made by the counsel appearing for NSE that they were served with the memo of appeal only last evening. Therefore, a request was
made for adjournment so as to enable them to seek appropriate instructions. Accordingly the matter is adjourned.

Parties are directed to contact the Registrar 48 hours before the date fixed to find out as to whether the hearing would take place through video
