Judgment
Per: Mr. Sisir Kumar Ratho, Administrative Member.
This matter is taken up by the Single Bench for disposal in accordance with the order of the Hon’ble Chairman, CAT dated 10/09/2021 issued under Sub-Section (6) of Section 5 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, and since no complicated question of law is involved.
None is present for either side.
When the matter was called for hearing, none appears for the applicant or for the respondents.
It is also seen that this matter relating to pension, but, in the previous hearings on 13.03.2026, 02.04.2026, 18.06.2026, 14.08.2026 and even today, none had appeared before this Tribunal.
In view of the non-appearance for the Counsels, it is considered that they are no more interested in pursuing the matter.
The O.A. is accordingly dismissed under Rule 15 (1) of CAT Procedure Rules, 1987. All pending applications are also dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
