Judgment

Heard the parties.
Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Nagri P.S. Case No. 202 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 127(1), 115(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 25(1-B) a of Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Achhat Srivastava, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class-XXIII, Ranchi.
On 02.11.2024 on the pointing out of the petitioners, a loaded country made pistol and live cartridges were recovered from the house of one Juber Ansari @ Saddam Ansari.
Criminal antecedent report of the petitioners, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Achhat Srivastava, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class-XXIII, Ranchi in connection with Nagri P.S. Case No. 202 of 2024.
