Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J):
After arguing for some, Sh. Shalinder Saini, learned counsel for applicants, seeks permission to withdraw the present OA with liberty to file a better OA in accordance with law and if so advised. Permission is granted to withdraw the OA. OA stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants as aforesaid.
