ORDER

IA(I.B.C)/801(KB)2022

i.

This application has been filed by the Resolution Professional under Section 12A of IBC, 2016, which is duly supported by an affidavit of Resolution Professional at page 15.

ii.

Ld. Counsel has drawn our attention to page 30 and 31, which are the minutes of the meeting of CoC held on 30th of July, 2022, wherein a Resolution has been passed by CoC for the withdrawal of application under Section 12A of IBC, 2016 with approval of 100% voting share of the Committee of Creditors.

iii.

It is stated that Resolution Professional has been paid his dues and nothing remains pending. RP is discharged from his obligations and the moratorium shall come to an end.

iv.

In view of the above position, this application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. Consequently C.P. (IB)/2233(KB)2019 is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to records.
