Judgment
Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J.—Writ petition is filed mainly with the following prayers: (i) That the writ in the nature of mandamus may very kindly be issued and respondents may very kindly be directed to grant the pay scale of 1996 i.e. Rs. 45507220 which was admissible to the JBT''s appointed on the regular basis.
(ii) That the writ in the nature of mandamus may very kindly be issued to the respondent to issue the arrears of pay scale to the petitioner from the date of its appointment till its regularization with other consequential benefits.
It is for the petitioner to make an appropriate representation before the second respondent, in which case the second respondent will get an opportunity to look into the matter. The writ petition is disposed of as follows:
In the event of petitioner making an appropriate representation within a period of one month from today, the matter will be duly considered by the second respondent and appropriate action will be taken, in accordance with law, within another four months. In case, the petitioner requests for an opportunity for hearing, the same shall also be granted to him.
In view of disposal of the main petition, all pending applications also stand disposed of.
