Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petitions are filed with the following prayers:-

CWP No. 1468/2012-G

(a) That a writ of mandamus may very kindly be issued thereby directing the respondents to grant revised pay scale of Rs. 4550-7220 to the petitioners since his initial appointment on contract basis till regularization and also pay arrear of whole amount of the revised pay scale to the petitioners.

CWP No. 1522/2012-C

i) That a writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued and respondents may kindly be directed to provide the revised pay scale of Rs. 4550-7220 to the petitioners w.e.f. February, 1998/date of joining.

ii) That the respondents may kindly be directed to pay the penal interest @ 9% to the present petitioners on the arrears which are due to be paid to the present petitioners w.e.f. February, 1998/date of joining.

CWP No. 1524/2012-C

To direct the respondents to allow salary on the minimum of Rs. 4550-7220 to the petitioner for the period during which she remained posted on the post of JBT on contract basis w.e.f. 13-3-97 till 31-12-2005 with interest @9% per annum from the due date till payment thereof.

CWP No. 1525/2012-C

i) That a writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued and respondents may kindly be directed to provide the revised pay scale of Rs. 4550-7220 to the petitioners w.e.f. February, 1998.

ii) That the respondents may kindly be directed to pay the penal interest @ 9% to the present petitioners on the arrears which are due to be paid to the present petitioners w.e.f. February, 1998.

CWP No. 1543/2012-E

(A) That the respondents may kindly be directed to pay the revised pay scale of (Rs. 6400-10640) to the petitioner and others benefits from due date as given to other similarly situated persons with interest and with all consequential benefits.

The issue regarding grant of regular/revised pay scale to the petitioners be considered after the decision rendered by this Court in LPA No. 105 of 2010 within another two months.

The writ petitions are disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
