We have heard Shri Janak Dwarkadas, learned Senior Counsel for the Appellant and Shri Shyam Mehta, learned Senior Counsel for the
Respondent. Two weeks time is allowed to the Respondent to file reply. Two weeks thereafter to the appellant to file rejoinder. List this appeal for
admission and for final disposal on 10th July, 2020 either through video conferencing of through physical hearing depending on the prevailing situation
at that time. Parties will take necessary directions from the Registrar of this Tribunal 48 hours before the date fixed.
In the meanwhile, considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, we direct that no coercive measures will be taken against the
Appellant during the pendency of the appeal.
Misc. Application No.141 of 2020 is disposed of.
