Judgment
The appellant has challenged the order dated November 10, 2020. There is a delay in the filing of the appeal and accordingly an application for condonation of delay has been filed. The ground urged is, that the order dated November 10, 2020 was never served upon the appellant and that the appellant came to know about the impugned order when they were served with the show cause notice dated August 05, 2021. The appellants have also accordingly challenged the show cause notice dated August 05, 2021 contending that the show cause notice is only a fallout of the impugned order dated November 10, 2020.
In view of the aforesaid, let a limited affidavit be filed within three days indicating as to whether the appellant was served with the impugned order dated November 10, 2020.
