This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).
Since one of the offences is under section 376(3) of the Indian Penal Code, let an extra copy of the bail application along with all its annexures be served on the learned counsel for the State by tomorrow (07.03.2024), who shall send the same to the Inspector in-charge of Kabisurya Nagar Police Station for its service on the informant in (Kabisurya Nagar P.S. Case No.334 of 2020) intimating him that the matter will be taken up in the week commencing from 18.03.2024 and if he so likes, he can engage a counsel to oppose the prayer for bail. A written proof regarding service of notice be obtained from the informant.
Put up this matter in the week commencing from 18.03.2024.
Learned counsel for the State shall obtain 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim, her medical examination report, instruction regarding service of notice on the informant, case diary as well as instruction regarding criminal antecedents, if any, against the petitioner in the meantime.
A free copy of the order be handed over to the learned counsel for the State.
